1. Bluetooth Multimedia LCD TV
Bluetooth implemented in 32”/42” LCD TV for Image transfer, Audio transfer and Headset. Image/audio can transfer from Mobile to TV and TV audio can transfer to Bluetooth headset.
Profile used in Bluetooth Module is SPP, OPP, A2DP, and HFP with CSR Core.

2. PVR LCD TV
The 32”/42” LCD TV which having Multimedia Features like Recording, Schedule Recording, Time Shift, Rewind and Playback by interfacing Hard disk, USB.
This system covered DDR SDRAM, Flash Memory interfacing, USB Host, Hard disk, HDMI, CVBS, S-Video, YPbPr, VGA, Digital tuner with Video processor.

3. Intelligent Grade Crossing Warning System (IGCWS)
This system provides advance warning of approaching train at Highway-Rail Intersections (HRI). IGCWS will utilize the GPS & radio communication as well as innovative short-range train detection technologies to determine when to activate/deactivate highway crossing warning devices. This system consists of no. of module sections like Radio Module, GPS module, Solar Power supply, Alarm/Flasher warning module.
Role: - Hardware Design for magnetometer & Ultrasonic sensor interface with STR7/ARM controller for train detection.

-->Locomotive Logging Communication System (LLC)
-->This equipment log the status and communicates with other locomotive & Highway-Rail Intersections (HRI). LLC consist of GPS Receiver, Radio module, data logger and interface to engine for speed. Indication display with operator interface.
Role: - -->Hardware Design for GPS Module Section.
5. Vehicle Data Logger (VDL)
Redevelopment of Vehicle Data Logger system on Philips ARM7 LPC2148 to calculate speed/distance using hall probe sensor / GPS, fuel flow using fuel sensor and RPM using proximity sensor is Show on Display and data store in SD Card. Communication using XBee RF Module, RS232, and USB.
Role: - Hardware Design for ARM7 Controller.
6. Automated Vehicle Location (AVL)
Automated Vehicle Location is a device for online tracking of vehicle using GPS and GSM/GPRS. It finds out the actual location of the vehicle (Latitude/Longitude) along with the speed and plotting the vehicle on GIS maps using Latitude, Longitude data.
Role: - Complete Product design, Designed Hardware and firmware for GSM Module.
7. Tachometer
Tachometer is RPM indicator, Line speed display, Speed Controller of motor. Unit get pulses from Rotary Pulse Generator (RPG) / optocoupler sensor, and display the RPM/RPS/Line Speed on seven segments LED and LCD (16 X 2). Speed controlled by Relay by setting Under Speed and over speed limit signal.
Role: - Complete Product design (Hardware and Firmware)
8. Power Management Unit (PMU)
Power Management Unit is stabilizing very high voltage (upto 440V) and current; it is automatically switch from mains to DG and DG to mains using contactors. Current flow through Surge Arrestor, contactors to OLTC (Online tap changer) unit which automatically switch the tap as per voltage status. All status display on 16X4 LCD and alarms generate on specific conditions and Controlling to Voltage, Current & Frequency.
Role: - Hardware Design, PCB Design, Zig Designing, Panel Testing.
9. DG Unit.
DG Unit is continuously monitor to DG status and generates the alarms using microcontroller and status show on 16X2 LCD and serial communication between PMU and DG unit using MAX485 protocol.
